Fees and Methods of Payment
Fees range from $150 to $200 depending on the type of services provided.
Fees for online video and telephone sessions are due by E-transfer THE DAY BEFORE each appointment or by MasterCard or Visa at the start of each session. We will email you a receipt of payment.
In person appointments are payable at the end of each therapy session and may be paid by Apple Pay, Cash, E-transfer, Google Pay, Interact Debit, MasterCard or Visa. A receipt will be issued at the time of payment.
Registered Psychotherapist fees are accepted by Canada Revenue Agency as eligible medical expenses. Keep your receipt(s) as proof of payment for tax purposes or to submit for reimbursement to your health care benefit provider.
A 48 business hours notice is required if you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment (cancellation notices for Monday appointments need to be provided by the Thursday prior to the appointment). If you cancel or reschedule an appointment without the required notice or fail to show up to your therapy session, you will be charged the full fee for the session, since the therapy time is reserved exclusively for you and we are unable to offer this time to another client.
The only time that late cancellation or no show fees may be waived is in the event of extreme unavoidable circumstances. Please contact our office or talk to your therapist if you need more clarification or guidance.
