Frequency and Length of Sessions

The length of each counselling/psychotherapy session is 50 minutes. Longer sessions or double sessions may be arranged depending on your needs.

 

The frequency of the sessions typically ranges from weekly to bi-weekly or monthly.  We can work together on establishing a schedule that suits you best.
